DreamCoins
DreamCoins are a digital currency within DreamSong’s Discord server, serving as the primary currency for all Gamba-related games provided by DreamSong.The ratio for the value of the Currency is: 1 DreamCoin = 1 FFXIV Gil.You are welcome to load your DreamCoins by providing the Gil to a DreamSong Host, and they will load your account with the correct DreamCoins. Now, if you want to cash out your DreamCoins back into Gil, you are welcome to do so. You will do this one through Ravara to arrange the transfer.The DreamCoin Currency system has multiple features that can be used within Discord. Please look through the different tabs on the main page to get the full details on the features you want to know about.
Gamba Services
Details
Gamba Feature on the Discord channel is played in the Gamba game channel to reduce unwanted notifications for the other Discord members.In the system, the maximum bet is set as 1,000,000 DreamCoins, with the minimum as 100 DreamCoins.This system has different games available to play versus the traditional Gamba services provided throughout Eorzea. Here is a brief list of the games with a few details
Game Details
Blackjack
Like normal blackjack, with the dealer staying at 17. Payout is Traditional, you win, you get equal value of bet back, and if you hit a blackjack, you get 1.5X your bet back.Mines
This is similar to Minesweeper, but you will only have one mine to avoid - the more gems you reveal, the higher the return. You hit the mine, you lose it all.Tower
This is a tower game where you start from the bottom and work your way up the tower. The higher you go, the more return you get. You hit a mine on that floor, you lose it all. You have the ability to cash out at any point in time.Crash
Market game that has you predict and time your cashout correctly - the system will treat it like a market crash, it will grow and then at a random time, the system crashes and you lose your DreamCoins if you hadn’t cashed out at the correct point.Highlow
Like normal Highlow, you get a number - your guess if the next one is higher or lower.Upgrader
This is a spinner-style game with a chance to upgrade your DreamCoins with a simple spin of the wheel - the Higher the multiplier, the harder it is to win. It will bring an area on the wheel you need to land on to get your upgrade. The multipliers are set at 1.5x, 2x, 5x and 10xSlots
The system only has a simple one-line slot option with 3 gears - payouts are based on how many symbols match in your line.Roulette
This is a text-based style Roulette system that you can choose - red, black, 1/3 the board, or a single numberDynamite
This is a Fuse-style game where you predict a 99.999 style number - you then predict if the fuse is going to be above or below the number you guessed - it will roll to see if the number is higher or lower. (Not 100% if this is how it is done, but that is what the owners think is happening - Newer game to the system)
Raffles
We host Raffles within the Discord DreamCoin system that include FFXIV in-game items (Mounts, Minions, Lockboxes, Accessories)You will be able to purchase Raffle tickets with your DreamCoins and purchase any ticket that is currently available at the time, or hold the DreamCoins for any future raffles that you feel would be more interesting.To purchase tickets within the system, you will do a /buy-tickets, then select the raffle you want, and then it will ask how many tickets you would like to purchase at that time.Now the only thing is that the people wanting to enter into these Raffles must be within the Discord, as the system will automatically draw the ticket at the set time the raffle is open and will indicate to the Hosts who won the prize. We will also announce the winners of the raffle so that we can arrange a passover of the in-game item to the winner.
Marketplace
We have included a Marketplace that allows you to spend your saved or won DreamCoins.This marketplace gives you the ability to pre-purchase any of the amenities DreamSong provides without having to do the Gil interaction at the time of usage.To access the marketplace, you will do a /marketplace, and it will guide you through the purchase process of the different amenities DreamSong provides. We have also included the list of items below to help you understand what is available.FC Rental Rooms - 250,000 DreamCoinsHouse Rental - 1,500,000 DreamCoinsVIP Monthly Membership - 500,000 DreamCoinsVIP Lifetime Membership - 10,000,000 DreamCoinsWhen the purchase happens, you will be given an item that is placed into an inventory on your Discord user account. This gives you the option to stockpile the items or gift them to another player, who you may feel has better use of them.You will be able to see your item inventory (/inventory) to double-check to see if you have pre-purchased any amenities to turn in to use. To turn these items in, you will have to reach out to a host, who will remove the item from your inventory.
Gifting / Donation Services
Gifting or Donations can happen within the DreamCoin system for people who just want to be supportive of others or have a need to provide presents to a loved one.This service is accessible through the /gift command in the Discord server. You will determine if you want to gift an item (like an FC room or VIP membership) or DreamCoins that can be used by the person for anything they like to do instead.Donations can happen if you like as well - just gift over anything you want to Ravara, and they will be used for future raffle prizes or even for the Strip DR pool of gil given to the Winners of the tournaments.
Future Additions
Well, this system is provided by a Discord Bot Service - it is constantly upgrading what it can provide to the end users.DreamSong has reached out to the creator of the Discord bot and has suggested some additional features that we would like to provide in the future for your clients to enjoy as well.Future Additions we are looking forward to are:50/50 ticket raffles
To explain, you will purchase, for say 20000 DreamCoins, 10000 of that ticket purchase goes into a pool to win, and the other goes into future Raffle prizes or into the Strip DR prize pool, where it is needed the most.
